Day One Hundred

It’s day ONE HUNDRED of my blog!  Woo Hoo!  I did it!  I made it 100 days!  Only 265 days to go! Whew!

Our day started off with Walker being in a great mood, then Sybil came out.  He became a little pistol this morning whining and crying for about 45 minutes.  Whenever I went into his room to check on him to see if he was ready to join us, he simply said “No!”, then began screaming again as I walked out.  He finally came out of his room, apologized, and everything was okay.  Dave thinks he is cutting his back molars and doesn’t feel good.  This would explain the fever this past week.

I spent most of the day on the computer with photos while Walker took a nearly 3 hour afternoon nap.  He woke up once after about 45 minutes, crying and screaming for me.  I went into his room, rocked him, and he was back to sleep within 10 minutes.  He then slept for another 2 to 2-1/2 hours.  He was tired from all the screaming and crying he did earlier this morning.

When Walker awoke from his nap, he had a bite to eat before we headed out to run some errands.  Dave has been in dire need of some jeans so we went to Men’s Warehouse where they were having a “buy one, get one free” deal.  He was able to purchase two pairs of nice, but is haing them alter the length as the only pants he could find were about 2-3 inches too long.  I shot this photograph of him while they were measuring for alterations.

When we got back home, Sybil showed up again just before bath time.  Bath time started with me, then ended with Dave as Walker couldn’t make up his mind who he wanted to be cranky towards.  After his bath, I brushed his teeth and put baby oral gel on his back molars/gums to hopefully soothe his discomfort.
