I dressed in my racing costume for work this morning. Walker was so excited about this evening…he couldn’t wait to go trick-or-treating! At work today, Olivia was dressed as Pocohantas, Jan was dressed for the 60’s with her lettered sweater and headband and April was dressed in her red and black poodle skirt. We had fun working in our costumes!
Walker kept waiting for the sun to go down so he could go out. We took a few pictures (of course) before we left. Sally came over with her clown costume, then Sally, Grandma Sherry and I took Walker trick-or-treating. He had a blast and did great! He always said “Trick or Treat!” and “Thank You!”. One of the houses we went to was kinda spooky and Walker didn’t want to go up to the door. We took him anyway and the girls that were there felt so bad for him, they gave him two handfuls of candy! He was suddenly glad he went. He did really good for the most part, but he didn’t like the scary costumes other people wore so we tried to avoid them as best we could. Walker came home with a pumpkin full of candy. He then helped hand out candy to other kids. It was a great night!
